The inspiration for this truck developed from Matt's incessant fascination (passion) for making sausages and curing meats.  It is an extension of our beloved

Hot Dog Cart that is located in the park across the street from the restaurant.   The Truck will be able to go places the little cart never could. 

Parties, events, street corners.  Our goal is to find a steady home for it so that you will know where we are on a regular basis.  Until then, we will post

its location here.  You can also sign up on www.twitter.com/chezpascal to get up to the minute postings.  It is free and easy to sign up, but you do need to

join in order to "follow".

THE TRUCK WILL BE OUT WEDNESDAY - FRIDAY THIS WEEK.

IT WILL BE ON NORTH MAIN STREET, NEAR THE CORNER OF NORTH MAIN STREET & SMITH STREET NEAR THE ROGER WILLIAMS NATIONAL MEMORIAL PARK (NOT THE  ZOO) 11:30AM - 2:30PM  

 

THEN ON SATURDAY, AT THE

FARMERS' MARKET IN PAWTUCKET

11:00AM-2:00PM
